Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer flat-rate and calculated shipping at checkout. Estimated delivery times (after processing) are:

• Domestic: 3–7 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship worldwide. Some remote locations may experience longer delivery times.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist.
