Every stand is made to order in our Quebec workshop: nothing is printed until your personalization is locked in, so the nameplate is part of the print, not a sticker. Printing, finishing and hand inspection all happen after you order, and your stand ships in 3 to 5 business days. A custom logo, a full-size change, or a font outside the ones in our font reference photo needs a quick design approval first, so allow a few extra days on top of that for those.

Aim for about 15 characters or fewer on the top plate so the text stays large and legible, and name one of the fonts shown in our font reference photo. ❓ FAQ

Q: Will I see layer lines on it? A: Yes, fine horizontal layer lines are a normal characteristic of FDM printing and are visible up close, especially on matte finishes. We tune the print settings and inspect every part so the lines are even rather than rough or stringy.

Q: Can I leave it in a sunny spot or a hot car? A: Keep it out of parked cars and off windowsills in direct summer sun. Sustained heat can soften the parts and the nameplate is the most heat-sensitive piece, so a normal indoor desk is ideal.

Q: What if a part arrives warped or snapped? A: Message us with a photo of the damaged piece and your order number and we will reprint and ship the part at no cost. Because parts ship flat-pack, single-piece reprints are quick.

Q: Does it work with the DualSense Edge or a charging dock? A: The cradle is shaped around the standard DualSense controller and charges via your own USB-C cables through the cable slots. It is not built around a first-party charging dock, so ask us first if you need a different controller shape accommodated.

This is a made-to-order print personalized for you, so please double check your spelling and font choice before ordering. Colour can vary slightly between filament batches, and screen calibration means the shade you see in the photos may differ a little from the part you receive. Small variations in texture and layer appearance are normal and are part of how each stand is made rather than a defect. To clean it, wipe with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth and use a little mild soapy water for fingerprints, skipping alcohol, acetone and other solvents, and never put it in the dishwasher.
