How long does it take to produce my order?

Most orders are produced within 1–2 business days after purchase.

During peak periods (such as product launches, promotions, or holidays), production times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we do our best to communicate any delays clearly.


Do you offer rush or priority production?

At the moment, production is handled on a first-come, first-served basis. However, priority shipping is available at checkout if you need your order sooner once it ships.

Can I request a custom or unlisted color?

Yes! Custom (unlisted) colors are possible for many products.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If production hasn’t started yet, changes may be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once production begins, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Will the product look exactly like the photos?
